Do you have a marathon coming up in the Spring but are dreading upping your mileage and facing those long distances alone? Worried that going it alone will result in skipped training sessions or not reaching your full potential come race day?

We have just the thing for you.

A training and support package with a closed facebook page, weekly challenges, and a FREE training day in London (dates TBC) thrown in for good luck.

As part of this programme you will receive video coaching from Julie, help with creating your training plan, accountability posts each week to measure progress, and the opportunity to virtually buddy up for some of your longer runs.

This will be a small training group, no more than 50 women, meaning you will get to know one another and be a great support right up to race day and beyond.

Julie Creffield is a LIRF qualified run leader and life coach, she has run 5 full marathons and hundreds of other races. She has trained hundreds of women to run their first big race.
