10 Mile Training Day – 16th March in London

How do you fancy joining us in Hyde Park on the 17th February for a little 10 mile run?

If you are training for a half or full marathon this will be a great opportunity to test your distance and pace. Led by myself Julie Creffield, 3 times marathon runner, ultra marathoner, and multiple like far too many half marathons to count.

The day is a mixture of laughter, support, advice, fun technique things and speed challenges so that before you know it you will have covered 10 miles without even noticing it.

We meet at 9am and will congregate in a local pub afterwards for lunch (this is optional)

This session is suitable for all abilities as the focus is covering the distance by any means necessary. We will have women who can run 9 minute miles right up to 16 minute miles, with run walkers too.
