Living A Bigger Life 10 Week Mastermind

Believe it or not I have not always been a plus size athlete or a blogger, and before turning my blog into a business I had a very varied career.

It all started off aged 13 when I got my first job in Wimpy…I was a waitress earning £1.50 an hour after school and at the weekends. A few weeks into my job I discovered a Mr Wimpy outfit in the store room, and convinced my boss to start doing children’s parties at the weekend and I had an absolute blast dressing up in the ridiculous burger costume and playing games with the kids while everyone tucked into burgers and chips.

I had many part time jobs in my teens and through my time at college and university…and I never really knew what I wanted to be when I grew up. All I knew was I liked people, and liked to make people happy…as twee as that sounds.

While at University studying Performing Arts I set up a community dance company called Urban 8 and used that as research in my final year…helping to bag me a 1st class honours degree…and all of this from the girl who never even thought she would go to university, and from the girl that teachers at school took great pleasure in telling me I would amount to nothing.

What followed was a 12 year career as a project manager across a range of different projects in a number of different sectors, with a range of different community groups. Young people at risk of offending and young parents in Hackney, volunteers in Newham, pensioners in Redbridge, young people on housing estates in Southend…and then of course the Olympics came to town and changed everything…and then it left again and I got made redundant while 7 months pregnant with my daughter Rose.

And the rest you guys kind of know.

So why am I telling you all of this?

Well I am about to launch a brand new programme that will let me do what I am best at. It will let me work with women who don’t necessarily want to train for a marathon but want to work with me. It will let me use all those change management and personal development skills that I’ve picked up over the years, and let me share the systems and processes that I have used to grow my business and build the life I desire…all while overcoming a range of challenges and barriers.

And the programme is called…

Living a bigger life

Because that is what I want to help women do.

I want to help women set and achieve big fat stupid goals which will transform their lives and how they feel about themselves. Will help them to priorities themselves for a change and live the life they always dreamed of.

It is not a fitness programme, you don’t have to be overweight but you do have to be a woman…sorry guys.

The programme will be run as a pilot in September at a reduced rate, before going live properly in January. There are just 25 places left for this phase and I imagine these will be snapped up really quickly as there has been a lot of interest on social media and via email for this.

Check out this link for more information and the sign up link.

I simply can’t wait to get stuck into this, and feel its going to be a great addition to all of the online coaching programmes I run via Too Fat to Run. If you know anyone who might be interested in this, please do share this link.
