I have been in a very rocky relationship over the past decade.

There has been tears and tantrums, weekends away to make up and try again, bruises and scrapes, times where I have simply run away and given up on it for a bit and lots and lots of swear words…and no I am not giving you a glimpse in to my personal life…I am talking about my on off, love/hate relationship with Running.

I have never found it easy.
I’ve always had to work hard at keeping at it
And often I have felt like my efforts have been a little one sided

But finally, I think our partnership has found a perfect way of being….

…and I want to share that with the world.

So many women I meet say,

But I HATE running

And I get it I really do, it’s hard, its embarrassing when your body doesn’t do what you want it to do, it requires effort, especially when the weather is crap.

However, there are ways of making it easier, ways of easing it into your lifestyle, whereby its not all or nothing, where it adds to the quality of your life and doesn’t seem like some awful type of punishment.

And of the 14th February I am launching a new 100% FREE 14 day challenge to show women how easy it is to fall in love, or reconnect with the sport that has given me so much joy over the years.

We will have a closed Facebook page, daily challenges, prizes, guest experts and all sorts, and I can’t wait to get started. So come and join hundreds of other women from around the world for a fortnight of self love and celebration of the love of running.
